My name is Ashley Campbell Acting Registered Manager/Regional Operations Manager.  I have been working in the care sector since 2006.  I began as a care assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to my current position. 

I have managed the effective running of the Branch since commencing with Medcom in May 2021 and have grown both the staff and service user base during that time.  I am responsible for all operational delivery and excellence aspects. I lead an exemplary team of staff with an absolute and relentless focus on excellent client care to deliver the highest level of care and support to all service users in line with RQIA Regulations and NISCC Standards.
